ACNE — MEDICAL DERMATOLOGY
Overview

Acne isn't one condition. It's a spectrum, and it changes over a lifetime. Our approach combines evidence-based topicals, oral therapy when appropriate, in-office procedures, and hormonal work-up for adult patients who need it.

Adult acne is not adolescent acne with more years on it. Hormones, stress patterns, cleansing habits, and skincare choices all play a role — and the treatments that worked at 16 often make things worse at 36.

We build regimens that clear the current flare without wrecking the barrier, and that anticipate the pigment and scarring that acne can leave behind.

Our approach
  • Prescription topicals and orals
  • Chemical peels and extractions
  • Hormonal evaluation when indicated
  • Post-acne pigment and scar treatment
